But the future is damn bright if we can keep this group together and build on it. We only have 1 senior on the team and every player has 3-4 years of eligibility remaining other than Gaines given that the Covid season doesn't count against eligibility as I understand it. We have size, length, shooting, a true PG, versatility, depth and almost any guy can be our best player on a given night. Our main gap is what we always deal which is a guy who can take over games off the dribble--absent Buie's 1 in 10 games where he goes off. But we have a lot else and CC may be able to recruit off that MSU win.

After the MSU W, some of us are thinking the sky's the limit for this team. The team has gotta be thinking that way too. As George Allen said, "The future is now."

Evidently...all the rest of the games on our schedule are "winnable"

I don't think we have any guys classified as seniors on this team. Gaines got last year back as he went down before he had too many games in. Now if this year does not count then he could have potentially two years left (if he wanted them) but I am not sure if that would be the case if this was not his senior year
