That is reading like a list of second tier teams that are going to be left out of the new Division 1 bracket. Lets add in ECU and Connecticut, and Navy, and Colorado State. Who else will be in this second tier? Ohio University? Marshall? U Mass? the Delaware Blue Hens? Toledo? Appy State? Air Force? Army? Lookin good.

I was just thinking about other states that do not and probably will not have a representative in the Power 4, leaving the BIG 12 out of course. Besides WV it looks like Kansas, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine. Did I miss any state? Ah, Nevada, New Mexico, Hawaii and Alaska. This wouldn't be a great sports conference but there would be some great road trips!

Ah, forgot about Boston College too so strike Massachusetts. Idle thinking about what other states don't get a seat at the table. The conference bit was total sarcasm except for the great road trips part.
