Satt was doing pretty well with the roster he inherited. It’s ok to be angry, but everyone suspected UK’s run game would be effective. No one foresaw that kind of dominance. I really thought Satt would make some adjustments at half. He didn’t. The defense should be embarrassed.

If we want to credit the staff for wins over WF and UVA then we have to put some blame on them for the losses.

There is still a lot of work to be done. The staff while good is learning what it takes to compete at this level. There is a learning curve for the staff too.

They laid two eggs against Miami and UK. Both performances deserve criticism.

To win 7 games with that defense was smoke and mirrors. They have to upgrade talent on the lines which is going to take time.

Ugly loss for sure and yes Petrino quit doing HIS job and he is squarely responsible for the shape the program is currently in. Still with that stated, the kids today got their speed neutralized by the wet field and got their rears handed to them by a very talented young man who ran wild on the Cardinals. The rain sure didn't help matters, but his rushing was impressive just the same.

It's all good. Never expected more than 4 wins to start with. 7 wins is incredible plus we have a bowl game to get ready for.
