Sounds like they took notes on how to.finance a project the Fed Govt way
A hundred dollars for a hammer, four hundred for a toilet seat.

In other words, a hundred dollars for a bag of carrots, a pound of potatoes and $4000 a tent for a TSM retreat.

A shredder truck costs a hundred dollars a minute. Money well spent to protect themselves, family and cronies.

Barry - new topic.

In the past, an idea was floated to combine less operating PSU commonwealth campuses with the PA college system - e.g. Kutztown, East Stroudsburg, Mansfield and others. PSU has spent so much money on Berks with Kutztown just 15+ miles away. This could be a savings for the state and PSU if the student numbers and geographic coverage would fit. Any possibilities ......
