is have Thigpen act like he was expecting a curveball and go down to the ground, and have Evan throw a fastball right at the umpire's throat. Then say that Evan and Wes got crossed up. That's how you take care of that.

Baseball is the only one where you can throw a projectile in the umpire's direction and not get ejected. A "small mistake" can easily be said to be a "small mistake."

Thigpen doesnt frame pitches well. To much movement of the glove on close pitchesinstead of catching some in the web with no movement. Like or not the umpire will call it better if the glove does not move.

I couldn't throw hard enough to hurt anybody but control was great. Right between the eyes both times!

that is crazy talk. The ump just was not consistent or at least he was only consistent at calling balls no matter what we threw up there.

I only watched a couple of innings, but several times I know noticed when a good pitch was thrown on the outside corner your catcher would just kind of let his glove tail away. Like I said though I only watched a couple of innings so you guys might be talking about some blatant missed calls.

we wouldn't get a call for the rest of Cohen's what would be short career at State.

I'm sure you're just pissed like I am. I guess Erby has it in for Cohen, for whatever reason.
