Luke is playing in the Northern Trust and has just started his first round. Matt Fitzpatrick is on the Euro Tour in India and is in 15th after a good round 1.
Too bad, but Luke's tournament is over before it started. Shot +6 with no birdies in round 1. I sure hope he and Pat can turn things around for him. Right now his short game is the worst part of his game.
After shooting a horrific 42 on the front 9, Matt finished with 3 birdies in a row to just barely make the cut line. Matt's problem seems to be consistency. It will be interesting to see how he finishes this event.
