Time Warner Cable Internet Down In A Number Of States

Mine has been down in Louisville all night and the cable box keeps saying hunt on the front of it. Cable hasn't went down yet. Anyone else having issues? According to the link below, it looks like about 7 states that are affected. I wonder if they were hacked?

Probablly unrelated but my ATT uverse interent which i get though old Bellsouth connection went out all night last also. Maybe some Internet Hub thing was hit last night.
