Tipping homeless people???????

how much do you tip a homeless person? Male or female? Minority or not? If the sign reads veteran do you tip more? Or if it says God bless does that make it double? Some provide really good service by washing your car or finishing a cigarette or bottle of vodka you were done with and didn't want to waste. So people of the paddock let's hear your voice please. Better yet, Wallbooger should stay logged on but toss him/herself onto a moving train. There's no sense in throwing away a perfectly good computer.
