Tired of hearing how great the Big 12 is

Just had to listen to it again in the Baylor-Texas Tech game. I just laugh and shake my head. Balanced? Sure in the top 5-6. There are several good "B" teams. But great? Nope.

This KU team is one of the least impressive Jayhawk teams since '09...maybe '06, and they just won their 11th conference title in a row. I honestly see very little difference between KU, WVU, ISU, OU and Baylor. I would be shocked if any of them made it past the Sweet 16.

Not trying to hate...just giving my honest opinion. I don't see it.

There isn't a single "great" team in the entire conference. Not one. Hasn't been in years. I'm sure Kansas will fart out in the first weekend as usual.

We won't have to listen to that much longer after the first weekend of the dance, imo. It will invariably start up again next year though. Some things never change.

You and me both. The Pac 12 gets a lot more play here since CU moved, but at least they recognize it hasn't been a good year for them. KU winning the thing by 2 games with 4 losses says it all to me. Competitive, sure. Great, hardly. Of course I've already seen some pieces prepping to soften the blow by saying there is too much emphasis put on the NCAA tournament when it comes to comparing conferences. Wonder who those might be referring to. We'll soon see.
