It was wild to me that the spread on this game was -19.5. The total was also 159.5. I played both and cashed. The total was a bit of a nailbiter.

On paper it made sense. But just watching/looking at Wright St within the first few minutes you could tell they didn’t have high level athletes.
Still remains the question about this team. If the other team has elite athletes(doesn’t just mean elite talent), how will that impact us? We’ll find out Tuesday but such a fun and positive start!!
I think we should wait until we play some real teams before we drop the mic or call on the nation for attention…
Yeah 159.5 scared me a bit. Didn’t know if we would hit 100 and I could see them not hitting 60 so it was close.

True. Champions Classic will tell us a lot where they stand. After years of watching elite athletes, I welcome a team like this that fit Pope's system and are skilled basketball players. May be some growing pains at first when the Cats face tougher opponents. They will only get better as the season progresses. So far the team looks good for a team thrown together starting in April.
We looked damn good tonight. i didn't think we'd score over 100 and win by 40 either especially "only" hitting 11 three's. Man I hate to say it but this woulda been a win during our last coaches years except it would of been a rock fight around 10 points. No this coach and team it was never it doubt who would win.

We have a top 15 team. Make your money now before Vegas adjusts. 19 point spread was easy money, wouldn't have bet the total over. You're relying too much on the other team at that point.
