A Lexington institution like Two Keys Tavern. Late night burgers after a game at Rupp to soak up the alcohol. It will be missed.

It's closed and relocated a couple of times since it was on Limestone. It hasn't been the same in the last 15+ years.
It was already pretty much dead when the original location closed. Still sad though. 
Some restaurants should always be on campus. Tolly Ho, Two Keys, Alfalfa, etc. These were campus restaurants/bars and thrived. Off-campus, not the same.
Used to eat there twice a week when i lived on campus. Early to mid 90’s.
First of many. Prices are to high and quality is to low. Eating out is returning to a luxury instead of a common experience for many people.
I met three of my best friends there in the late 90's. Made some lifelong friendships hanging out in that place. Haven't been to Lexington in years, but I still miss those cheddar tots.
It's been inevitable for years now. The new location is kinda hard to see from the main road, and the food and service had fallen off a bit by the end.
Always sad when one of these Lexington mainstays goes under. Reminds me of when Parkette closed. Bummer

I’ve eaten out more recently because it’s better food to value than fast food all day now. I understand your point because of general cost though, everything is so expensive anymore.
Place was a **** hole. cheese omelette, hashbrowns and white toast for $2.20 kept my *** alive through some difficult hangovers. RIP.
Do you remember K Lair? They had the best Spaghetti. Man I miss that place
I'm not sure. I can only remember eating at Tolly Ho's and I think an Arby's or Hardee's and hanging out at a nearby arcade.
TH was our go to for late nite gut bombs! Whew, I'm glad those days are gone forever...Lol
