Did not catch the name. 6 4 WR Melvin Robinson? Immediately eligible. Was going to Wisconsin from Fla.

Marvin Robinson and there's already a thread about it.

Look down the thread list before you start another one.

This is obviously a big get though. Had FSU offer out of high school.

Hopefully between this guy and Ross UK finally has someone who can push Baker and Bone to become better players.

Relax dude. Randy Moss was tall and skinny. Like it was said that weight was awhile back. Look at the 4.4 speed
Haha.. Yes he did but given he played for Marshall not modern day SEC Football.

An SEC LB could break Robinson in two at 175.

And Moss put on some weight when he got to the NFL..

For reference, Moss was listed as 6'4 210 in the latter part of his career.

Hopefully Robinson would be far enough down the field that SEC linebackers wouldn't get the opportunity to hit him very often. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Randy Moss would have been a star in SEC fb today 15 years ago and 15 yrs from now. I don't think this guy is Randy Moss, but it would be great if he turned into something special.[/QUOTE

15 years ago. Moss was in his 3rd year with the Vikings. So he would be ineligible to play CFB. and in 15 years from now he'll be 54 so he'd really get hurt then

We need one of these guys to be a "DeVante Parker" type player!

The only thing that separates us and L is a few "dynamic" players.

I'm starting to feel good about at least ONE of these receivers stepping up and becoming a big time player!

Maybe Robinson & Ross will help D Baker get a little more focused on catching the ball. Really hope L Thomas gets our WR rotation to the next level.

His High School coach compared him to A. J. Green.... I hope it's not just looks... He lines up like Green and gets off the line like Green... He comes back to the ball when the QB scrambles... He has the same built as Green... Man, I hope he can be half the player that Green is... He has good hands too... Can jump good, but I can't tell how fast he is... I know in the video that he's playing against good players down there in Florida.....

Moss put on muscles..... A. J. Green is muscles, not big.... All the great receivers are tall and don't weigh much...

Randy Moss only played at Marshall because he was kicked out of Notre Dame and Florida State or he couldn't qualify, I don't remember the details. There is a 30 for 30 about Randy, I believe it's called Rand University, he was from Rand, WV, very interesting. Touches on what a great basketball player he was also.
