Why did you recruit a center with a bum knee?

Why did you build a team with ONE point guard for the second straight year, leaving us ****** for the second straight year after an injury???

Why did you build a team with no shooters a year after saying you want to shoot 35 threes a game?

I really enjoyed last season. It was fun. Felt like Kentucky basketball again. Sadly, it was just a flash in the pan. Pope doesn’t have a clue, and can’t recruit. His staff obviously sucks too. Our fans deserve so much better than this. So much passion and pride in this fanbase and it’s just been **** on now for basically a decade.

I can answer why Pope took these players. It’s really easy. Because he whiffed on all the good ones he went after and had to sign someone. Pope hasn’t shown me one single glimmer of hope that he can get players: I wouldnt sign with him either, he has never even won a conference or conference tournament

He played from behind in most of the big games last season too, that’s not Kentucky basketball

I think his recruiting strategy won't work here. He wants people that "knows what it means to wear the uniform" and all that rah-rah sh*t. That might work with role players and getting solid guys in the portal looking to play on the big stage, but it's not going to bring the studs.

Guys that make a difference don't give a flying f*ck about the uniform. Whether it's us, Duke, UNC and so on. They want to get paid and they want an express ticket to the NBA.

He could have took less and spent the money on one good one surely he could have got one for 10 million and still had enough for 6 or 7 more

It won’t get any better. This year or next. Just brace until it runs its course and Pope is replaced. We won’t be the wins leader by then. What a shame.
