As with everything else relating to college basketball, there are only 4 possible answers: Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, Carolina. In some order, there's your top 4. For most passionate fan base, I think it can only be Kentucky or Kansas. Those are the 2 that have basketball, and their teams, hardwired into the DNA of the state and its people.
