I believe NU was in on him early, and he visited last fall.

Morton committed to Purdue this weekend.

Wonder if the coaches still think they might be able to sway Ben Carlson? Otherwise, it’s kind of starting to feel like we should see some more offers come flowing in, in addition to R.J. Davis.

I tend to look at the 2 / 3 spots as the Wing in CCC's system. The Lead Guard, if you've got one, is a unique role. With this, you've got:

1 (LG) Boo, Greer
2/3 (Wings) Turner, Gaines, Kopp, Audige
4 (Stretch) Nance, Beran
5 (C) Young, Jones

Biggest needs, IMO, are at the 1 & 5 spots currently. Can always play small ball with 3 wings if needed. The issue I see, however, is what loading up on these spots will do for limiting recruiting of the 2021 class. We have too many underclassmen. I'd be much happier if CCC could land a couple of grad transfers to fill out the 2019/20 roster. I also hope they find a way to get Audige a waiver to play immediately.

to me audige will be what lindsey was. he played the 2 for NU but guarded 2's and 3's

if boo is handling the ball and in the game with bam/gaines/miller and the third guy is audidge - does it matter if audidge is a "guard" or "forward" or a "2" or a "3" or a "wing"?
