Within each sport, and across multiple ones?
Immediate family, so son, grandson, brothers, but not cousins.

Who you got?

I’m sure I’m forgetting many!
Baseball seems to have the most: Alou (3), Bonds, Griffey, Niekro, Guerrero, and many more. But I’ll go with Bonds.

Football: time will tell for Porter, so have to go with the Watt bros

Basketball: can’t think of any good ones, only Ball and a few worse than them.

Multiple sports: all I can think of is Larkin, must be better than that?

I think hockey, like baseball has had several brothers.

Are you looking for most accomplished or most number of athletes?

If it’s the greatest number of athletes, then it has to be the Sutter’s for hockey. It seems like they’ve put 30 people in the NHL.

If it’s most accomplished, then for hockey I think that would have to be the Howe’s just because of Gordie. He had two sons that both had long pro careers of their own, but when your dad is called “Mr Hockey”, it’s hard to live up to that.

NASCAR - Petty's, Earnhardt's, Elliott's, Labonte's, Jarrett's & Burton's.
Other Motorsports - The Andretti Family, The Unser's.
NBA - Gasol Brothers, Lopez & Morris Twins, Bill & Luke Walton.
NFL - Kelce Brothers, Sharpe Brothers.
MLB - I will still name the Molina Brothers as another notable family. All 3 catchers in MLB at the same time though Yadier was on another level than Jose & Bengie.
Serena & Venus Williams.

NHL does have a lot, The Hulls, The Espositos, The Sedins, The Statsnys, The Sutter Family & The Staals.

In the NFL some more, Nick & Joey Bosa, Harbaugh Family, Matthews Family - Clay Jr, Clay III & Bruce, Ronde and Tiki Barber.

In MLB, The Alomar's, Jim & Gaylord Perry, Boone's 3rd Generation family from Ray Boone in 1948 and Aaron still involved in the game managing the Yankees. The DiMaggio's, Vince, Joe & Dom only set of brothers to each make the All-Star team.

For the NBA, better families already mentioned but some more Tim Hardaway & Tim Jr, Wes & Wesley Matthews, Henry & Mike Bibby, Greg & Cole Anthony, Harvey & Horace Grant, Jerami & Jerian, The Dunleavy's.

In motorsports, The Allison Brothers, Kurt & Kyle Busch, Bodine Bros, Wallace Bros, Waltrips, The Baker's. In NHRA John Force and his daughters, The Kalitta's. Bobby & Graham Rahal in Indy, The Mears family and The Fittipaldi's.

Serena & Venus Williams.
I don't consider motor racing a sport, but that is a debate for another day. But yeah, a lot in that.

Serena and Venus might go down as the #1 across all sports, they are at least in the short list for that honor. One being (if not #1) top 2-3 all-time, the other probably top 10. The Manning's might be 2nd there.
One I hadn't considered for basketball, but maybe I should, Reggie & Cheryl Miller. And the Barry's.

In international rugby there are a couple of dominant families.

In New Zealand it’s the Barrett brothers. Four of them have played professionally. And at one point Beauden, Jordie and Scott were all playing for the All Blacks. Beauden, the best of them, was on a World Cup championship team, and has twice been player of the year in New Zealand.

In Samoa it’s the Tualagi brothers. Six of them. Five have played for the Samoa national team. Manu Tualagi is a centre in the English premiership, has played for England national team, and made one British and Irish Lions tour.

I do consider them a sport as it is considered 'motorsports'. It is one's opinion to not consider them as such but yeah, that's another debate for another time if you are in the camp that doesn't think they are a sport. Reggie & Cheryl Miller deserve to be mentioned despite NBA/WNBA if you list the Larkin's MLB & NBA for different sports completely.

The Bird Brothers from Corbin were quite good. Jerry Bird stared at UK in basketball under Rupp and later played in the NBA. Jerry's son, Steve, would play football at EKU then on to the St. Louis Cardinals.

Jerry's three other brothers, Calvin, Roger, and Billy would play football at UK with Calvin and Roger playing in the AFL. Roger played for Oakland in Super Bowl II.

For football there is only one obvious answer. The Mannings. Archie, Peyton, Eli, and soon to be Arch. Already, two NFL hall of farmers in that group. Ar hie was a college football legend.

For motorsports, I think I’d have to go with Graham & Damon Hill.

Graham was a two-time world champion in Formula 1, and is also the only driver in history to have won the Triple Crown of Motorsport (winning the Indy 500, Monaco Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Le Mans):

Damon is also a Formula 1 world champion, winning it in the mid-90’s.

Dell and Mychal Thompson had similar type careers. Crazy enough Mychal scored 12,810 points in the NBA and Dell scored 12,670.
