I know Anderson is still hurt, but in the long run Bennett has got to realize that he needs scorers to step up to the next level. His team's defense if beyond great, but no one can shoot for the most part. Only 18 points in the first half is pitiful. Hopefully they step it up in the second half. OFC

If UVA could hit ANYTHING they'd win this game. But this offense so far is terrible!

UVA looked like shat. Honestly how do u play that bad against a real inferior team. I'm sorry but MSU isn't good this year

UVA went more than nine minutes without a field goal. Does that sound somewhat familiar? OFC

Virginia just never recovered from the loss of Anderson. What a shame. In a small way, reminds me of when we lost Kyrie, you just cannot get the mojo back.
Go Duke!!

It is pretty similar JC in this case and in the Kyrie one I think it'd be better to use them as a reserve player

Didn't get to see the game. Sorry to see UVA out. I like Bennett and that squad.

I'm not sure KU is overrated as much as WSU is underrated. The Shockers kind of got a bad rap after losing last year in round two to UK. They were really good last year and they're really good this year too. I'd say WSU should be a four seed or so.

Virginia was the first of my Final 4 teams to go down. I really thought their defense would carry them there. But MSU always seems to play its best around now.

The biggest worry I have for Utah is that they are an excellent FT shooting team. If the refs call it tight, that could be a big factor. Ultimately, I still think we beat them fairly soundly.

Gonzaga is really good. I've been worried about them because they know how to put up points and that's something with struggle against. I think we win on the interior, but it will be difficult overall. I think Wiltjer/Winslow will be a fascinating matchup. Wiltjer has the shooting touch but I think Justise is far more athletic and physical as a player. Gonzaga's back court is very experienced. I think this game will be terrific if it happens.

Wisconsin started strong but Young from Oregon heated up. Badgers only up three at the half. I'm pulling for Bucky.

This Wisconsin-Oregon game has been really good. The Badgers making one clutch shot after another now after the Ducks had just tied it up. Wisky up four with under three minutes left.

Maryland or WV who y'all for? I tend toward Maryland cuz I think they got a good shot to take down UK but Huggins is the best coach of the three (turgeon and cal)

West Virginia is an impressive squad..... They could give Kentucky a game.

As for the Zags i just don't think they have the athletes to play with us, they were getting anything they wanted vs a quite avg Iowa team. They probably are good no doubt, but what they do against Iowa or UCLA isn't going to scare me

I think UNC will give WI fits, ultimately I hope like heck WI's discipline wins out. They haven't played a great 40 mins for a while, either it's a sign or they are due.

Maryland has a "good" shot to take down UK? Not even close. They'd maybe win once in 20 times.

The Terps are lost without Trimble in there.

It won't be Maryland because they just lost. Now if someone can just find a way to beat UK then I'll be happy because 2 of the 3 teams I dislike the most will be out of the tourney.

ACC with an overall record of 11-1 in the tourney so far with 5 of 6 teams advancing to the Sweet 16 and already guaranteed at least 1 team will make it into the Elite 8 (winner between NC State and Louisville).

I just saw stat that Duke has 13 #1 regional seeds and 13 Sweet 16 appearances. I'm assuming that means that each time we've been a 1 seed that we've made it to the Sweet 16 but it didn't specify.

Good win for Louisville. They've been struggling since Jones was kicked off the team. They seem to have figured some things out.

That's correct. Duke has never lost before the regional semis when they've been a #1 seed.
