Data center construction in Homer City is going to cause massive traffic headaches for eastbound traffic on Route 22. Coming back probably won't be easy, either, unless you are returning on Sunday. Find you workaround now.

The one thing they were not clear on was the 50 trucks.

Tgar takes that to mean up to 50 trucks/ day including weekends until January.

Is this the correct take?

What about the return route back to the docks? Will that block west bound traffic on 22?

A representative of the hauling company was just on the news. He said they would post on their Facebook page by 7:00 PM what their plan is for the following day. I find that this amount of notice time is ridiculous.

It adds 30 minutes but you can always buzz up Rt 28 to Rt 422 in Kittanning, and rejoin Rt 22 in Ebensburg. I’ve been known to go that way sometimes, just to mix it up.

Yeah,,,every other way from my place in Hampton is about 30 minutes more than route 22...turnpike to I99, 28 to I80, or your way
