Heard Allen on talk radio driving. He said when you lose a player it is like losing an employee. If the departing player is unhappy they become a potential recruiter for their new team. They can make contact to players at old team are not satisfied and have potential. They can sell them to transfer, without it being their team doing it. I am not sure we have seen this happen yet, but if so, it would be a real mess. Essentially, you would have a type of roster "tampering" that is really detrimental to CFB. This is normal in our adult world of employment, and companies raid other companies. Hope this is not where we are headed.
