I know we have had a few quality DB's over the last 5 seasons but it seems like it's been a while since we had a real impact player like a McCoil running around in the secondary.

I know coaching turnover and philosophy have hampered recruiting and developing Kids as of late but, what guys are we recruiting or on the current roster do we think have that type of stand out potential?

McKinley Whitfield. He's going to be a junior next year. He's got the size and speed to do similar things. He hits hard and plays McCoils position. If he starts intercepting some more toss ups, he's going to be a very special player.
