Another vote for big Anthony's. Leon's smoke shack is one people don't talk much about, but I really like. I had lunch at smokies on Kenosha recently ... Very good.

I've never heard of Burn Co until today, but aside from that, I would suggest Oklahoma Joe's, Elmers, and Albert G's.

For as much hype as Oklahoma Joes got when it was first announced to be coming to BA...I've been twice and have no desire to go back. It's okay, but very short of special.

Agree 100%; it is a far cry from the original location in the gas station in Kansas City, KS.

Bumping this, as I had big Anthony's again tonight. Ribs are just dynamite.

Bumping because a customer told me that if I like that - I should try knottie pig. Any of you Tulsa people had?

I've had Burn Co twice and was a little late both times. By the time I got there, I had 2 options, pulled pork or chopped brisket. If I get there early, what should I get? Is there a try everything option?

. If get there late, ask for a "refugee platter" and they will give you a little of everything they have left. Also try a fattie if you get the chance.

This thread forced me to head over to Burn Co. this morning for a girly man fatty and some potato salad. I was pretty surprised we rolled up right at 10:30 and there were only a few people ahead of us and by the time we left a little after 11 there still wasn't much of a line. We normally go on Fridays so I don't know if Friday tends to be a busier day or what but today was as slow as I've ever seen it.

I was there at noon today. Place was packed (line not all the way to the door), and they were already out of pork, the fatty, and potato salad. I was fine with that as ribs are the best item and I think the variety of sausages are just as good as anything else. Around 12:30-12:45, they were out of brisket and bologna. The 10:30 arrival time is not as critical at the new place vs the old but they still sell out of a bunch of main items by 1.

Still really good but 11-11:30 arrival time is best if you want access to the full menu.
