Clarify please. I thought JLD graduated from NU? On the one hand, insidenu calls his parents alumni, but then finishes off the article saying that JLD dropped out of school? Did she go back and graduate or is she really not an alum?

All you have to do to be an "alumna" is for a woman to attend a school. Graduation is optional. For a man, you are an "alumni".

Right attend NU or any other school and you are considered an Alum.
