I keep reading where the Harrison Twins are not likely to be 1st Rnd Draft Pick, and may not be drafted at all. (Of course this could change with a strong post-season.)

I can think of worse things than having 3rd Yr Aaron and Andrew back leading the team... Hopefully for a REPEAT!

Sure we "might" lose out on some recruits. But, I think both Twins would come back with a chip on their shoulder. They'll want to prove something, and improve their draft stock for the 2016 draft. And, just because we both come back doesn't mean we will lose our top recruits. We got Booker and Ulis with both coming back. And, we got KAT with a loaded returning front-court.\

Sorry if this has already been posted. GO CATS!!!!

Yep, I think Booker goes and UK will have the deepest back court in history next yr.!

Twins improved dramatically defensively this off season like they were challenged to. To reshape their bodies and get quick enough to guard guards of all size/speed.

You see that with their higher steal rate and improve on ball defense.

They are very mature kids that do what is asked. I think if they stay, we'll be favorite to win it all again next year. I will also say that they will both make +40% from three next year.

I'll take the twins, Ulis, Briscoe, and Matthews. That would make for a tremendous backcourt.

IMO, Andrew Harrison is starting to come into his own. He's finally playing with a lot of confidence (seems to be anyway). He's playing much more aggressively. He's putting up more shots. I love it.

Aaron Harrison has just had a down year shooting the long ball. It sucks, because we all know he's a better shooter than what he's shown.

I'd love to see them return. If UK could just get the twins back along with Lyles, Poythress, and Lee, UK would probably be preseason #1 again.

GBB!!!

I think they will be drafted higher then people expect after a great tourney. I also think Booker comes back and he and Ulis are the heart and soul ( along with Poy) and next year's team . Lyles i do think is gone though.

the twins were projected 2nd round last year
they are better this year, and somehow they are saying their stock has dropped (not buying it)

look for us to lose 6-8 this year

Not sure about the losing the 6 - 8, but I tend to agree with your assessment. The twins, especially Andrew, have played great the past month and a half. Aaron has been a little inconsistent on his 3-ball, but he is driving more and getting better looks inside of the arc. Andrew has truly taken a leadership role and is playing his best ball at UK. It surprises me their stock hasn't jumped lately.

But, if they decide to come back, I will be one happy camper. Give me junion twins over any freshman recruit all day!

As an outsider, it is CRAZY to think that both twins might make it to their junior year. They were 5 and 6 overall in the RSCI rankings, and it is unheard of to have those types come back as juniors (well, unless they went to UNC, in which case it is par for the course.) For you guys, why do you think they might stick around? Were they overranked in high school? Do they have skills that make them highly ranked as high schoolers but might not translate to the League?

I love what Aaron and Andrew are contributing to the team this year. I hope that both young men get a chance to live their dreams. But it would be really nice to see them at Rupp for one more year.

only 3 are projected 1st round on NBADRAFTNET no guaranteed money for 2nd round picks so IMO they should all stay...probably won't but should

Whatever happens, I dont really care.

I'd rather have them than any freshman at this point, so if they come back its all gravy.
If they declare, i'll be happy for them. They'll be high on my list of all time favorite wildcats and we will reload.

TUL aren't you a Duke fan? You should know better than anyone what it's like having blue chips hang around. Until your coach decided to go UK2.0, players had to fight and claw to get out of Durham no matter their ranking. Take that ish somewhere else.

I don't think they stick around but I'll give you my opinion . They may have been a little overanked because they were looked at as a pair , the ultimate package deal . Also , I think their greatest attribute was/is their size and strength . It is not quite as much of an advantage in D1 college and even less when they get to the NBA , where everyone is a grown *** man . They were very Big , Strong , and physically mature High Schoolers , and we're thus rewarded by a high ranking . Just my opinion .

NBADraft.net is by far the worst site for mock drafts one can look at. Not sure why some people continue to cite it.

I believe they are gone & both will try to make NBA teams. Andrews inability to finish at the rim will cost him a 1st round nod. Aaron is a volume shooter unfortunately he is not a volume maker. Both will play pro ball somewhere.

They are good college players, but inconsistent, they may get drafted, I hope they do as they seem to be really great kids. But they are what they are, just not elite level.

Go back and look at the rankings, none of the top guards in that class have been flat out studs.

Bogans and meeks have had long careers in the NBA. So will the Twins. There much better than they get credit for. If we win it all they're gone.

Yeah, their size is DAMN good for a college player, and they are fairly athletic, but compared to League guys they aren't physical specimens... plus, I wonder if seeing them together as high schoolers helped, since there were two of them overwhelming the opponent.

I also sometimes wonder if recruiting analysts were maybe a bit... well, blinded isnt the word, but whatever... by the fact that they are twins. It always seemed that one was a bit better than the other, even though their rankings were SO close.

And yeah, I wasn't looking at the other guards ranked around them, was looking simply at their overall ranking. Those top 5/top 10 guys tend to be quite good.

And Duke hasn't kept that many top 5 recruit types, especially since the OAD rule hit... but other than Carolina, most schools don't.
