I haven't seen him playing on the DL lately. Does anyone know what happened to him? I assume any D lineman on our roster would be playing if healthy.

I think he just didn’t live up to expectations. Whether it was skill, effort, or behavior, he wasn’t ready for power 5 football.

He’s done okay ... 5 tackles and 3 QB Hurries on the season. Played the first nine games, but appears that he has been injured the last two games.

He had 9 1/2 sacks last season for Marshall. I realize their schedule was completely different than ours but I really thought he was gonna help us a lot. Right before the season started he was named a top 100 player. I forget by whom but still . Even a decent season by him would've been huge for our D. Offensive coordinators aren't staying awake at night worrying about our pass rush. Dissapointing.

This is the problem we’ve had all year on that side of the ball ... because of poor recruiting, we have two defensive linemen suited to play the 3-4 (Robinson and Goldwire) on our depth chart and no fewer than 17 linebackers playing the other 2 DE and 4 LB spots. It’s difficult to convert from an edge rushing DE to one of the 3 down lineman at a P5 level, but that’s what we needed out of Tyler this year.
