Former NU soccer goalkeeper Tyler Miller is the starting keeper for the expansion LAFC team in the MLS, and won the opener tonight 1-0 vs. the Seattle Sounders, who were finalists last season. Gonna have to follow LAFC.

One of his former teammates told me a few years ago he was sure Miller would make it as a pro. Finally getting his chance after brewing in the Seattle organization.

Glad he's getting a chance to start this year. Played on the US National U21 team, had a cup of coffee in Germany 4th division, and hopefully his time is now.
