Well that narrows it down. Would be nice to see him in Kentucky blue.

I don’t know anything about the kid’s personal situation/family situation but I thought he’d been in So Cal for a decent while now as a semi professional basketball player in training.
While Eugene is also west coast, it’s not like it’s close at all.
I assume the kid is coming to fill the Otega role with a similar massive payday until I see otherwise.
Like I said, players like that don’t go to Louisville to be overshadowed when they can go to UK. He also signed with Nike. That’s basically a no go for UL. He’s just driving bids. Nobody goes Nike then Adidas school. It’s likely UK unless they want to make a slash for Oregon similar to BYU last season. If it’s not that it’s UK, although I won’t lie, he has a Kansas player look to him. But he would be the first player I remember who went Nike then adidas school without some kind of catch.

Edward’s calling it home essentially. I really thought a lot of Justin he just didn’t quite put it together as a freshman. Not all do. Still played hard and apparently considers himself a cat. Props.
Good move by him from a PR standpoint. If he wants, can now have a decision in Louisville with his family and not have Louisville on the table. I think that’s what this cut was about. I think he is ready, wouldn’t be shocked if a commitment date is announced soon.

Him and Oweh aren’t in the same league. I love Oweh but even a senior Oweh isn’t on freshman Stokes level.
As others have said he’s a big need. We need that it player who can get his without others. Also Pope needs this to land a big fish frosh not from KY.

Also this recruitment screams Kentucky. Kansas is adidas, Oregon? He was considered kentuckys to lose last week, he’s got ties to the state, signed with Nike and appears in a legacy commercial. His mother’s comments about not watching Kentucky. I think it’s been Kentucky for a while.
I was very critical of Edwards play when he was here, but never the kid. He's a great guy. Kentucky to the bone. And I'm glad Edwards is coming into his own as a player.

He has played well for the Sixers so far. Always liked the kid just wished he reached his potential here. He worked hard here.

Like deciding to halfway cut a team but not all the way Like here Oregon is half removed because he doesn’t think he’s going there but might still change his mind. It shows up as half a logo then the next week it’s back to full. The entire graphic jumps around like that for over a year.
