RotoRooter doesn’t watch sports. He thinks college sports are a waste of money.
Truthfully don’t know why he is here
Doesn’t know much about anything and doesn’t add anything to this message board

Pretty much is Oscar the Grouch on here

If anyone on here thinks for a moment that UCF does not add something to the Big 12 they need to do some research and see UCF what they are, a bomb ready to go off. Could be the best team in the Big 12 in 5 years and make the playoff. 84-46 since 2010 and that includes an 0-11 season and 8-3 bowl record during that time

Well, they did win the national title a few years back. I remember watching their victory parade on TV.

Say what you want they were pretty fuc&ing good that year. I think the next year they went 12-1 losing a good game to LSU with a back up QB. So yea big time potential

28 of those 46 losses in the past 5 years. What's really disturbing is 27 of those were in past 4 years. If UCF is the best team in Big 12 in 5 years WVU and Oklahoma State are praying they are not in it.

Once Oklahoma and Texas vacate Big 12 will just another lower level conference behind the Big 4. Only way the champion makes the playoffs is if is increased to 8 or more. The Big 12 OOC games will need to be against PAC, SEC, BIG 10 and ACC. It will be the only way they can make any noise if at all.

I think once the Big 12 expands they will be added to the alliance. Plus if you really want to put up a wall around the SEC the Big 12 needs to be involved. Plus I do think that the Big 12 could find quality games in the BIG, ACC and PAC. I think it would be cool to see an Arizona St vs WVU or Oklahoma St vs Michigan or Central Florida vs VTech games. But back to UCF great pick up for the Big 12 as are the other choices. I would like to see Memphis added but perhaps that's going to be a later but we will see

Their offense is pretty damn explosive. Or Minnesota defense is very weak.
Arguably, the best O-Line and corps of wide receivers in America, to go along with a three-headed monster at RB will make almost any defense look bad. The only question was whether Redshirt Freshman C.J. Stroud, who was college football's only starting quarterback who had never thrown a collegiate pass, would be up to the task. He wasn't in the First Half, but dropped some serious dimes in the Second.

Serial thread hijacker strikes again! Yes, it was a dreadful performance to not only win in the rain on the road with a QB throwing his first collegiate pass, but cover the Vegas spread, too. Stick to threads about auto parts, a subject about which you know something, and leave the pigskin discussion to us.

You're a band geek working a menial job, and know nothing about football. Nice job of hijacking a thread because of your obsession with me, though.

IMO, the additions to the Big XII are on a par with the repetitive cellar dwellers of several other conferences. Difference is that they are a few at tbe bottom; these are to be the conference. I have the same feeling I would have were we talking about I adding (for football)—Duke, Wake Forest, current BC, Rutgers, Northwestern (historically), Vanderbilt, and a few others to join Kansas. I don’t see ISU maintaining their currrnt position after the loss of Texas and Oklahoma. I see Baylor returning to being a bottom dweller when their cheating is fully exposed with penalty. Kansas State has had a good run under Snyder. He is gone and I believe so is the team accomplishments. Texas Tech has no real history of success. TCU has a good coach andl their success will also wain. This proposed conference is, to me, on a par with the one with James Madison. If we are swept along with these ‘also rans’, I fear we suffer from our residing in the run down, decaying neighborhood. We will be judged harshly by our association with neighbors for which respect is difficult ( or impossible) to obtain . The beginning of an assured slow depth without hope of revival.

Give credit to Minnesota . Ohio State is a top 3 program every year. Minnesota has starters that Ohio State wouldn't consider as backups. I'm tired of hearing how bad the opposition is whenever a top team gets challenged. It doesn't make Ohio State lose anything. It just takes credit away from the team that outplayed them that day.
