#4 Seeded UConn is the highest seeded team in the Final Four.
Have to expect #4 UConn and #5 San Diego State to ;be playing for the National Championship if seeds mean anything, which obviously this Tournament has shown us they don't.

You sure it's not because they look and act like petulant children while coaching games?
That's, most likely it. But as I do not see them often, I wondered if that was just one or both siblings. Act petulant and probably my brain goes it "nepotism baby" mode.
Our coach, for all I criticize him is, for the most part, a class act.
There are very few coaches in college basketball that I don't look like petulant children in games from time to time. Our coach surely looks that way. Izzo does. Painter does.
What's funny is that Hurley, in an interview after the game Saturday, said that when UConn was struggling in the middle of the season, it coincided with him whining to the refs a lot. He thought maybe his team picked up on his negative energy, so he made a conscious effort to cut back on that (what coach can truly eliminate it altogether?). UConn went on a roll ever since.
I don't know much about Hurley, but in watching his players talk about him, it is clear they genuinely love the guy and think he is the greatest thing to happen to them. That says a lot to me and I weigh that more than my perception of how he looks. I thought the same about Bob Huggins when I used to cover him in Cincinnati. I thought they guy was a jerk because that is how he came across to the outside world, but it was clear that his players loved him.
Rumor or not but how many of Huggins' Cincinnati players graduated during his reign ?
I really don't remember. I'm sure a number of them didn't. But I do recall many of them sticking around to their senior year, so I bet some of them did.
The question I have in this new transfer mania world we live in is how do any of these kids graduate anymore? If you've gone to two or even three schools, how on earth do you fulfill all the credit requirements in a specific degree program?
