It really depends if u rank it based on winning things that matter (making final fours and obviously 2012 title) or individual stats and accomplishments.

I’d say Wall, Davis, Prince are virtual locks to most people. I’d probably go T Jones and Lamb as my other two because of playing two years and winning two final 4’s. That leaves Bogans as a four year stud who gets screwed because of less team success.

Cal’s NBA talent is hard to make it one lineup though, so many deserving players. For example Fox probably deserves a spot at PG, Monk at SG, KAT, Cousins, Randle, Ulis, Murray, Harrison’s all deserve recognition to me. Then you have fringe guys like PJ Washington, and one of the most overlooked studs in Maxey. That also leaves out a guy like a Chuck Hayes who almost deserves some spot somewhere to me. Then we have Oscar who is a NPOY and played two monster years. Cal’s laziness will forever taint his contributions to our program IMHO.

For this reason I’d have to say 10 spots need to had at minimum to make it even remotely fair. Maybe even have 3 teams total.

I definitely tried to factor in team success especially when comparing two players who maybe equal in terms of talent or perceived greatness unless individual awards were overwhelmingly in their favor.

Me too. But the only one that wasn’t immediate for me was the 2.

And a bit on the 1 between Wall and Rondo. But Wall ushered in a whole new era of UK basketball.

Rondo had to pull a plow.

Wall is the most over hyped , underperforming point guards I have seen at UK in my lifetime. Statistically he wasn't that great a pro either. Couldn't shoot a lick. Ill take DeArron Fox over him all day.

Tough list to make. I want SGA, Fox, Wall, and Rondo to start, but....

SGA / Rondo
Bogans
Prince
Hayes
Davis

Rondo / Wall
Knight
MKG
KAT
Cousins

Everybody else.

I think you can tell people's ages with their answers :) Which is totally okay. I'm 47 BTW.

Keith Bogans is 4th in UK history with 1,923 points. He was a stud who unfortunately played on teams that didn't make a Final Four (too bad he got hurt ahead of the Marquette game, that team could/should have won it all). Had that team made it, I think he would be a little more beloved. But his stats are undeniable.

Like I said the other day, the talent that’s come through Lexington is just incredible to think about.

No way he makes a FF with Tubby as coach.

Tubby would have found another way to lose that game.

Other than the gifted FF Tubby never sniffed one in his career.

The shame is Bogans had to play for Tubby.
