Well that is fairly positive news, but it has me worried that he might be out longer and UK just isn't disclosing it. Hopefully he can rest for two weeks and be back for the Florida series if we need him. Until then, it should be a good time for Kentucky to get some other relievers some work and to gain more experience with their bullpen. Luckily, this week we should be able to use Thompson if we need him.

Yeah, does not sound optimistic. Minimum of two weeks. Would not count on him being there for the UF series and if he is that's just awesome

Either way, couldn't ask for better timing with the two weakest SEC teams on our schedule (and at home) coming up. Hopefully he'll heal in time for SECT and NCAAT.
