Yeah our resume is fine. No matter what happens I just wanna get healthy for a run.
Given the circumstances tonight, I had accepted this as a likely loss. Made it so much sweeter.
I’ve said WOW out loud at least 7 times tonight. Absolutely huge win.

The wins are big man. When they seed the tournament it’s the wins that hold up. Bad losses are forgivable. Anyone can lose, but who have you beat?
I ride an exercise bike in the winter and my heart rate maxes out around 155. Tonight I checked it during the game and it was 145 lol.
I had my "worst" anger game tonight in a long time. That's how bad I wanted this win and how bad we needed it.
When Oweh went to the line for the a pair of free throws when we were only up 1, I legitimately started seeing spots all over the room. My heartrate was so high that I had to sit down for fear of passing out haha.

Haha. Yea, I was worried given injuries what a loss tonight would do to their spirit and how much pressure would they feel with Arkansas coming in. Well they have answered the bell several times this year. Let’s hope they keep the head scratching games to a minimum despite the injuries!
We have maybe the easiest 3 game stretch in conference coming up. Hopefully we can steal one at Miss and take care of business in Rupp against Ark and USC. That would put us at 7-3 in the conference going into our rematch against UT. With games at Auburn and at Bama still on the schedule, we need to plan ahead and build a bit of cushion in our record lol
I think down the stretch against Duke was the only game this season where I was more keyed up than tonight

I feel the same way, half the time I go in my basement bathroom and just sit down in the dark because I can’t handle it. My nerves suck now.
And thos4 Quad 1 wins are high, 6 of 7 against ranked opponents. Only one not ranked Zags. Maybe now we can move up in the NET, currently 16th, 6 teams ahead of us we beat including Zags lmfao.
Hell ARZ with 1 good win they just got. Only their 2nd win against the top 40 is 11th. TT is ahead if us, AM, Purdue 9th. Illinois 10th and HOU with 1 Quad 1 win is 2nd. Lot of love for beating a soso KU team. Yet we are 16th.
Only 1 team AUB has more Quad 1 wins and are Quad 1 wins are 1A. 12 of our games have been Quad 1, 7-5, all other Quads 8 games.
Also 5 teams ahead of us have at least 1 Quad2 loss, TT has 2.

When Williams pressured Cooper Flagg into the turnover in the corner late in the game , my Apple Watch gave a “HIGH HEARTRATE “ alarm . I wasn’t even yelling or moving, just sitting quietly. Only time I’ve gotten that alarm, lol .
2 of the 7 wins without the starting PG, 1 without the back-up PG and the other Kriisa missed the final 17 mins of the game. We just beat the 8th ranked team on their floor without 2 starters and 1 key backup. If anyone bashes Pope the rest of the season, they are just haters.

I learned this behavior from my mom when we went to my first games at the SEC tournament in 94 at the pyramid in Memphis. She was talking mad **** to Arkansas fans who were bashing our players in the semifinals. We beat them and they went on to win the title, then beat Florida in the finals, who made the final four, for the 2nd time in a week. We also beat another final four team that year, Arizona, in Maui with Brassow's tip in. My point is it's like UK fans are completely normal and successful in life but lose our collective minds during games lol.
I left my den and went to my bedroom tonight with about 2 min left and I could faintly hear my girl calling out what was happening. Then I'd walk back in there every 30 seconds. What is wrong with us bro lol.

crazy to think we play 6 ranked teams our final 11 games. we could go 21-10, be ranked in the top 20, and get a 4/5 seed going 6-5.
