Are you saying JMI might not be the problem? I have spoken to several boosters who “park up front under Rupp” and are known as contributors. They say it is.

There’s been a lawyer combing through it and say he thinks it is. Rumors swirling through beats and people connected to agents who say it is. It’s been admitted and it’s verified that this deal Mitch signed is hurting our recruiting and he’s basically admitted we won’t allow collectives like everyone else. We literally have a recruit saying no to UK because he didn’t like the JMI deal and said they aren’t handcuffing his NIL.

What do they specifically say the problem is? Weird that it’s a problem that the “boosters” and everyone else knows about but not a single one of you can say specifically what it is. What did the lawyer say the problem was specifically? What agents said it was a problem and what did that say the problem was specifically? What didn’t the recruit not like about “the JMI deal”?

Spoiler alert, they never answer questions about the claims they make. Not a single one of them do. That’s how much control Matt Jones has over these people. They can’t even explain their accusation but it’s a core belief for them.

It was one thing to keep them from using logos at their restaurant. It's another thing to keep them from using them on their site with regard to news. JMI wasn't going after ESPN or CBS over use of the logos on their websites. It does tell you something about that world of UK/JMI and all things money, because it is ALL about money

If I called Rick Pitino a scumbag and someone asked me why he’s a scumbag, I would be able to give specific reasons. Everyone who isn’t a pathetic liar can give specifics when they’re accusing someone of something.

I would never be like, there are reports. I could cite him cheating on his wife in a restaurant, paying a staff member to take Karen Cypher to Cincinnati to pay for an abortion, and paying for hookers for underaged recruits.
