If it ever comes down to us vs them for a recruit we just need to say " If you can't go see your son play you can always watch them on tv and listen to Bill Walton commentate"...... Wow was flipping thru channels and came across Zona vs Stanford .......Hard to listen to him.

Pasch and Walton don't have great chemistry and Walton speaks in hyperbole, but from a purely comedic standpoint I was highly entertained.
Walton and Pasch do have great chemistry, it's just that they have a bit of a dynamic where one is the eccentric and the other is the conservative. Kind of like opposites watching sports at the same time. Trust me, if they didn't like each other or have chemistry, they would call so many games together.
I love them, personally. The game is fun. And filter out the funny stuff, Walton tells it like it is and knows his stuff.
They are the best duo.
However, I wouldn't want them calling a NCAA game.

Walton and Pasch actually do have great chemistry, but it's more like good cop bad cop, or eccentric and conservative person. Walton drops tons of nuggets of insight that only a student of the game would see, but then goes into the hippy stuff and I find it hilarious, especially Pasch's reactions.
Love when Walton hints at his religion and Pasch at his, then awkward silence, and then they get back to the game.

Walton is hilarious to listen to but if want to learn anything about Basketball then you shouldn't listen to the games he does .
