I'm glad they got to order them. That petition must have taken care of this whole snafu about who the real winner was. Thank goodness.

Big update from Gary.....

Around 3:00 it was announced that Meeks and Jackson would "test the waters" and that Berry and Hicks would return. Then about 30 min later Gary post his update that he's hearing Meeks will declare along with Jackson but the other two will return.

Meeks ain't going to the league, but he may go overseas. There's been rumors that he hates school and wants out.

Hey when I was in school I didn't like to go to class either and I never saw a meal I didn't love but Meeks going to the NBA or overseas is a stretch for me.

Jackson will be a big loss for them though. That's a lot of next year's scoring.

Guy's I know gary-7 was an honorary captain for the Tar Heels at the championship game a few weeks ago, which leads me to my next question... Can anyone here confirm if gary-7 did indeed receive a championship ring? I'm sure Roy threw him a bone for all his hard work with the recruiting intel, and his superb breakdown in Stats and Stuff. Even though gary-7 is a horrible 2 for his last 27 with recruit picks, I'm sure Roy would overlook that being gary-7 gives him the brilliant insight on many things, like who Roy should recruit, who should start, how to breakdown defense, which offense/defense to run, and last but not least he provides Roy with a referee/medical excuse, after every Heel loss. He is the greatest, and definitely deserves a championship ring. I hope Roy did the right thing!!!!

Actually, I think 2 for 27 is a good run for him. Perhaps best ever?

Meeks is giung pro. He'll be participating in the 4th of July Hot Dog contest. He's trying hard by smoking at Roys house and getting the munchies.
