Most arms are 93+ mph. Dominating with the fastball early and staying away from the middle of the plate. Roszel seems to have been a great hire. Discipline at the plate is better and the hitters are much more comfortable in the box. Excited to see what they can do this year!

Although I like the optimism and I am liking what UK has shown through the first 3+ games, the SEC is really where it matters. Ill be interested to see how they fare once conference play starts.

It’s not optimism. 93-95 mph. Limited walks. Good off speed stuff is a great recipe no matter where you are. We haven’t even shown 2 of our better bullpen guys yet.

93-95 is pretty standard stuff these days. The good thing was that they limited walks this weekend, but this competition was awful. Against better competition you cannot as confidently groove one because they'll kill it. So, you have to pitch more carefully and walks become issues.

I like the potential these guys have. It seems like there are a lot of arms that can be really good. Henderson's issue, IMO, was always that he couldn't find a complete bullpen. He did great at finding starters, but it was the bullpen arms that were often big steps down. We'll see if Roszel can put together a more complete bullpen.
