Carmody destroyed Army with a big assist from his patented 1-3-1 defense. Forced a bunch of turnovers. He is an excellent Xs and Os coach, but that only takes you so far in the BIG where you are competing against the elite athletes of the sport. BC is right where he should be.
Agreed with this 100 percent.
Superior X and O coach can make a world of difference in a conference where the recruiting highs and lows are going to be minimal.
He's a great low-major, high-academic coach.
