The allegations against him are vague. Players were held to different standards based on race? Oh, you mean like critical race theory?
He made one black player dig a water bottle out of trash can because it wasn't empty and he wasn't recycling it. Another player complained that the coaches thought his tattoo was stupid. One player was jokingly asked if he was headed to rob a liquor store because he was wearing a thermal face cover. One white player implied that he was called retarded, which caused him to give up football. Nobody accused him of using the n-word though.
None of it great, but also none of it disqualifies him from working with grown men in the NFL. The players in the locker room can choose to be grownups about the situation by giving the guy a chance, or they can sabotage the locker room. Either way, he won't be bullying anybody there.
