He's like that really hot chick from high school that dumped dudes after a few months for the next big thing, but you can't help but convince yourself that it's different with you.

If he has "health issues " dealing with college coaching he has no chance working an NFL schedule.

What was the consensus on that? Was there something legit health wise or more of an excuse.

Jets should take a look at him. About to go on a 3 game winning streak to end the season! But there's actually a lot to be excited about for next year.. lot of draft picks.. lot of money to spend.

He would tuck tail and run at the first sign of adversity.

I do think his first name being "Urban" would help him relate to the players in the NFL who are mainly African American. A player could ask, "Hey Coach Urban, how have things been downtown lately?" And unlike most other coaches he could respond with "Well, you know, downtown is a very urban area I would say." And then he and the players could share a good laugh and bonding.

I’m sure he would love to coach again and misses the thrill and competition. University of Texas made a strong push for him a few weeks back and he turned them down due to his health concerns. Assuming that’s true then I can’t imagine him taking an NFL job.

Supposedly he has a cyst on his brain that flares up under stress and causes extreme headaches. His last year at OSU he nearly passed out a couple times on the sideline due to the stress and subsequent headaches.
