What is the oldest US coin that you own ? For me, I have a 1878 Morgan Silver Dollar.

When I get off work I'll check. I've never been a coin collector, but I was fortunate enough someone gave me a few of them. I do have 2 roman coins that date back to 600-700 ad. It's crazy they are that old, you can see where you can see a king on one side. They aren't medal which makes them fragile

That's amazing. Would it be possible for you to take a picture of them and post it?

Yeah, I'll have to do it. They are very old, so it's hard to make out what's on them. You can clearly see there is a picture drawn into it. Its crazy looking at them. The guy that gave me them did so about 12 years ago and gave me a bunch of foreign coins that are old as well, just not that old.

I don't collect but an old buddy left some pennies that I kept. Just looked and there is an 1899 penny.
