Check this out:

The question I have is, since this is a sports board, if one of these giant men could be captured and domesticated, would they be allowed to play college or professional sports like football or basketball? Is there any rule against it? If not it opens the door for some really ambitious recruiter to make a giant name for himself. :D

This is old news. They have been domesticated in the US since at least the '60's...winning 'ships and tripping on acid and stuff. And the OP's link said something about them being cannibalistic in nature...but apparently there's a faction of them that doesn't eat meat at all.

For the millionth time, the day of the big man is over in college basketball. Ayton and Bomba didn't make a blip last year. Or was it Bamba?

Unless these feral Bill Walton's can shoot a three leave them in the damn cave.

They're real. They're Biblical. They're real Biblical.

Genesis 6:1-22
When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown.
