OK. This team is starting to give enough hope to start the baseball thread version 2024.

They just took the first 2 from #2 ranked Oregon State.
Including a 17-4 drubbing today.

I tried to get tickets to watch the Beavs at home but, “No way, Jose.” Very hard to come by.

These were very significant wins for the Men of Troy.

I am trying to not get too hopeful, only to be crushed. That has been my annual journey since 1997 (last NC) with the rare very good year....like the time they lost on a really routine play that resulted in an error and sent Virginia on instead...Virginia ended up the NC. That one hurt.

team has an outside chance of getting an invite to the tournament. But they have to finish strong.
Would have been nice if they had taken 2 instead of only 1 at Oregon.

Destroyed the ranked UCI team 12-4.
I wish they could be more consistent.

This team has a lot of wins over ranked, top 20 teams and top 10 teams. But also, really bad losses.

This last 7 days has been a disaster. Losing to lower opponents that they must beat at home and then going to the desert and getting beat by football scores first two games.

Only path to the post season now is to win the Pac12 championship.
