UVA- Duke going to be a great game

Watched them last night and they are so well coached.
I think Frank Jackson will be the key if Duke is to win.
He has to stay with London P.
Win this game and I predict Duke wins out in conference play.
Worked for Aaron Rogers.

I'm very excited for this game. It will be a good one and Duke will pull out a close victory.

Each game from here on in is so important. To me, this game Wednesday night is a Statement game. If Duke beats UVA on their court, I think everyone, especially the basketball 'experts', will for the first time, seriously consider Duke as one of the contenders. It will be a dogfight, and hopefully our team will be prepared and focused. If Duke wins, Joe Lunardi will have "breaking news" concerning brackets!! Duke's toughest test yet. Go Duke!!!

This team has had many small steps up the hill all working towards getting back to that preseason consideration. The game against Notre Dame was big because we hadn't beaten really anyone with a pulse to that point (Florida excluded). The game against UNC was big because it was a top 10 and well UNC. The game against Clemson was big because everyone in the world knew it would be a let down so close to the UNC game. The Clemson game was more mentally challenging than anything. We have been sneaking under the radar but steadily climbing up all rankings. A win @ Virginia and you have to make us top 10 and in doing so you will notice a ton of national attention back on this team. We have certainly taken our own path to get to where we are but I'm glad we are in the position we currently sit.

The biggest key for this team is we are no longer afraid of close games down the stretch we have found a ton of confidence. We used to grind out games trying not to lose. Now we stare at close games and know we are going to make plays and be victorious. Bring on Wednesday

Their game with VT last night was a terrific ACC game. It helps Duke in the sense that they are now (in the loss column) fully tied for second and just one game out of first. Also, on the overall season, no ACC team has fewer than Duke's 5 losses. And a lot will be moved around in the coming weeks. UNC still has Duke, UVA and UNC play twice, UNC hosts Louisville, Duke hosts FSU. Someone has to lose those games.

It might be a bad thing as UVA will be coming off a loss. But they really aren't that kind of emotionally fluctuating team. They are who they are almost all the time, regardless of what happened in the previous game. JPJ will be rocking no doubt though.

Big game folks. It's a long bus ride up there and a lot longer bus ride he if we lose. We win at that bus ride home will be wonderful. Coach K will have them game ready. All the team has to do is win it. We have better players than UVA a better coach than UVA and we must not let them dictate the pace pace of the game. OFC

We need to be ready to play. I really think this is the most important game for Duke this year. We win, we will be a threat to win the ACC and we send UVA reeling from two losses to Chapel Hill to beat on the Heels. I can't see UVA losing three in a row.

I was pulling for UVA last night so Duke didn't have to go into Charlottesville with them coming off a loss. UVA will already be amped just because it's Duke and the loss adds gas to the

Well guys, they are all "big" from here on out! What we have to hope for now is that we stay injury free. I want one last shot at all the marbles with a healthy team. If we can do that, and Grayson returns to form, I like our chances. I still feel we will go only as far as he takes us, and I also have a strong feeling that Giles, and maybe even Bolden, will make some noise before this little journey is over!
Oh yeah, and if we get this one @ Virginia, you might want to make sure your seatbelt is in working order for the rest of the ride! ;) Shucks, I forgot to mention that we don't have someone like Seth Greenburg coaching this team, we have a guy that I think wants to go to the promise land for #6!

One thing I like about playing UVA is they have no dominate big man. That team is guard oriented just like Duke, I think the key to this game will be Tatum. I feel like Allen n Kennard will play well but we need that 3rd scorer to win, plus we need him to rebound well too. Would love to see if Bolden could score a few points down low for us too.
