I just listened to the coaches interviews, and was a bit disappointed no one asked about VD.... Hoping the bye week was enough for him & Josh C, we def need our top LB's in this one...

Yeah, I feel bad for him actually. We just seem to have bad luck with 4 star LB's... VDC is a difference maker when he's healthy, he was a 6.0 4 star recruit for a reason. He had to sit out a year, then was suspended, only played in a few games before tearing his ACL, then hurt the same knee early this season, I think it was a hyper extension, but not sure...

That said, when you look at our Def, when hes on the field, you can see his impact. We really need both Josh Chandler & VDC these next two weeks, so hopefully they are both 100%. The next two RB's we are about to play are on a different level then what we have seen thus far, so quality LB play will be absolutely critical.

To have Fields, Josh, & VDC on the field all at once, would def improve our chances... That trio is probably one of the better LB trios in the Country...
