Vanderbilt dropping $300M on football / basketball facilities

Based on the renderings of the stadium, are people going to have to stand while watching the game? Not nearly as nice as NU's lakefront facility and UMN's Huntington Bank Stadium (which to my mind is the standard for universities that aren't OSU or Alabama--decent architecture, not great, although well though out--Vanderbilt appears less so.).

I have no idea if he donates to his alma mater, but John Arnold, the (now middle-aged) whiz kid energy trader multi-billionaire, went to Vanderbilt. He's heavily involved in philanthropic causes here in Houston.
Vanderbilt's Pat Ryan equivalent was Bronson Ingram (deceased 1995) but his widow and son continue robust philanthropy to Vanderbilt.
