Hard to watch for sure! It's hard to believe that he could be so soft/unplayable.

I agree about Garrison. Show him the door immediately, if not sooner.
Garrison was just mirroring Pope's enthusiasm on the sidelines. This year's theme is stoicism and our guys are hitting the mark on all cylinders.
Brandon Garrison is a complete disaster and makes everyone around him worse.
I don’t like Garrison but those misses were so bad and the bounce off the rim so awkward that they are hard to rebound.
While I do agree, he didn’t even attempt to box out his man. Like at all. That part is unacceptable IMHO.
He never once fought to get them and the bunny bouncing defense was deplorable, when it went to his right side, he never even tried to move to block out or anything, absolutely embarrassing.
That might be the worst defensive sequence I’ve ever seen from someone in a UK uniform ever… Maybe ever, period!

Garrison doesn't have a fast twitch muscle in his entire body. At times it looks like he's got an opportunity to make a play/rebound/loose ball, but he NEVER seems to get there. He's very mechanical and slow to react.

It’s not just BG in that video who is embarrassing. It’s every guy in a Kentucky jersey. Look at them all, just standing and looking, not reacting, no effort. That’s really bad.
Also, watch how little he does to block/alter shots when guards get in the lane. Just really a giant liability with a weak engine to boot.

Garrison has definitely regressed, and he wasn't very good to begin with. One thing I noticed about him coming into this season is that he looks thiner than last year. His arms especially. I expected him to really hit the weights but it appears, incredibly, that isn't his thing. That's unacceptable given the position he plays and his weaknesses. I was concerned about this and him before they started playing games.
Moreno should get the minutes until JQ is ready.
I noticed this as well, looks thinner, not like he cut weight and added muscle, though regardless he’s not capable of playing at the level necessary, MM is substantially better.

I've been saying for a year now that Garrison is a very bad rebounder for his position. He contributes next to nothing on the court 90% of the time.
I realize being a FR that Moreno will have some growing pains, but even now we are getting much more from him than Garrison. If he starts playing even more, he should progress even faster.

If Garrison could connect what's between his ears, with his length and God given ability, he would be a terror. But there are people that will never connect the two, and he unfortunately is one of those people.
Now Moreno has a great head on those big shoulders, He has size and smarts, and is twice the player fundamentally as Garrison. He should be starting the next game. If not, I will lose all faith in coaching.
