I was too presumptive earlier. We caught fire and came out with a good win on the road.

First half was frustrating, and also nerve wracking with a bowl bid on the line. Great halftime adjustments on offense to get more blockers for Cunningham to neutralize the NC State blitz.

I think being bowl eligible before Thanksgiving with basically the same players who had 2 wins last season is freaking awesome! Has this ever happened before with a coaching change?
The only thing close is Mullen taking Florida from lime 4-8 to finishing top 10 last year. Shows that coaching can hold down talent.
Our defense was awful last year, but the offense just had talent that wasn’t being coached. No energy no respect no effort.
Now that they care, it’s working. Will be interesting to see if it was Petrino being that awful or Scott being that good. A little of both I’m sure.

I don’t know since this is at least the second time it’s happened, and it is the one thing that bothers me.
During the WF games they were dancing and partying with about 3’mins left, and we know how that worked out.
