Villanova is a very effiicient team. Passes the ball well, shoots well from outside, has a big guy who hustles on the inside, they play solid defense and they are well coached. It will be interesting to see how they fare in the NCAA. They remind me of Virginia, actually.

your post loses a lot of credibility with this statement.

I think Nova runs a lot more than UVA...just saying man. They run and gun and jack up 3's....tonight's score is more of a Providence thing. See the UK game against them for reference of how they play at times.

I don't really care if they win or lose, but if 'Nova wins the BE tournament I think they're a 1. I do not however think they are not at all similar to UVa. They'd be much more inclined to get into an up-and-down the floor type game, and their defense isn't as good. Who's is other than UK though.

Nice to see a team we beat in a position to upset Nova late in the game even if they don't.

That was a very questionable foul call in that situation. I would not have called that a foul and let them go to OT.

Providence had a lot of chances to win that game...missed FTs, bricking wide open 3's. This outcome probably clinches UVA or Wisconsin as UK's 2.

pretty tense ending in this one. Good ending, with Nova' hanging on. They look tough to me in the games I've seen them in. My remote control has been getting the workout tonight ! Gotta' love tournament action !

Not exactly.

Nova #1 seed in the east; Virginia #2 seed in the east.

Wisconsin #1 seed in the west.

Lots of options left. I refuse to believe the talking heads until proven otherwise on Sunday.

Providence got screwed.....almost no contact and the white guy for Villanova acts like he got shot out a cannon. And then once he hits the floor he does a fish out of water routine. Terrible....terrible call. In the post game show they all but got the Villanova player they were interviewing to admit that it wasn't a foul.
