Just a shot in the dark, but my parents passed away last year, and in the process of cleaning out their home/property I came across an old porch glider. I subsequently came across a picture of said glider in its glory days at my grandparents house.

I was wondering if anyone knows someone closer to central Kentucky that might restore these things? I found a place, but its 7 hours away. Really don’t want to travel that far if I can help it.

Never go to the Amish for airplane repairs.

Do it yourself. If it’s metal take it to a sand blaster and strip the paint. Then take it to car repair shop and have them paint it with good paint and heat it. If you need cushion s their are plenty of places you can buy them for cheap or expensive Your choice. I did this for my mother years ago and it still looks great.
