Virginia’s Tony Bennett Retires

Sorry if there’s another thread on this, but I didn’t see one.
According to multiple posts on FB, Bennett has turned in his resignation. There’s only speculation as to why. Could be he’s fed up with NIL, or maybe it’s a health issue. I guess we’ll find out sooner rather than later.

But why right before the start of season?
I feel that would totally screw VA, if it was planned, or nothing went down and he's tired of it or whatever it's kind of a ****** time to do it...

Fed up with NIL, TP, did not want to go all-out. Pretty crappy timing.
