Bought two lowers, both singles, because the price went down. Got to the game and the one for my son was invalid. What really made me mad was the inability to get anything done about it in a timely fashion. On their online chat twice and Tried their customer service number with no luck. My son finally got in touch with Customer Service and was told it would take up to 6 weeks to make a determination. Called Discover and alerted them. Also called BBB and filed a complaint. Have bought from them in the past but never again.
